Chris Sace Digital Project Manager
Chris’s background is a combination of several passions: languages, design, creative marketing and digital technologies.
After years of working in-house and at marketing agencies, Chris progressed from being a designer and a developer to transition into project management, a field in which she has been working for nearly a decade.
She moved to Australia in 2009 to pursue further studies in graphic design and advertising after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in European languages with a minor in film and audio-visual communication.
Having completed her Advanced Diploma in graphic design and advertising, she spent a number of years in Melbourne working as a freelancer for clients in interior decoration, physiotherapy, writing, and photo-album printing. Her areas of expertise included getting businesses from ‘idea to launch’ by providing design and digital solutions. In her last couple of years, she has found herself focusing more on digital and content strategy, including SEO, analytics and performance measurement, and social media.
After returning to the Philippines in 2014, Chris continued consulting for a number of local start-ups and volunteered her web development services to a charitable institution based in Manila for two years. In 2016, before deciding to move back into full-time employment, Chris managed digital accounts at an award-winning advertising agency and then managed projects for a boutique digital agency based in Sydney.
She now leads the Toro Digital team in Manila and is busy developing strategic project plans, scheduling and planning projects, as well as mentoring team members and developing more effective ways of managing projects and workflows.
